Good news for all nokia s40 v5 and 6th users. Yup! we can now minimize java applications or send them to background. And can almost run 5 applications at the same time!! PROCEDURE:
1] Open the jar application with WinRAR via PC
2] Goto META-INF >>
MANIFEST.MF
3] Edit MANIFEST.MF using notepad and add followings lines.
Nokia-MIDlet-auto-start: no
Nokia-MIDlet-no-exit: true
4] Save it and drop in the same folder
That’s it. Now whenever you press red button on your phone instead of closing the application goes to background.

note : after u have minimize application if u have to open it then simply go to application where u have stored it (memory card / phone) then open it.
